HCC Adult Field Day is a throw back to grade school, built with adults in mind. We’ve got all the classic events like tug of war, relay races, obstacle courses, etc. – plus some crazy new games and some surprises throughout the day. Teams will earn points in each event to add up to your total for the day.

Will your team have what it takes to take home the King of the Field title? Grab some friends, start your team, and get ready for the most fun you will have all Spring! This event is brought to you by Hill Country Conferences

PREPARE FOR THE DAY

EVENT DETAILS & SCHEDULE

CHECK-IN

Team Captains need to visit the registration check-in at the clubhouse to pick up the teams playing schedule, rosters, and participant wristbands. Check-in will begin at 9:00am, and all teams must be checked in by 10:15am.

PARKING

There extremely limited street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods near the venue. We highly encourage carpooling. Better yet, take a Lyft or an Uber!

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Bring a water bottle to refill at one of the complimentary hydration stations. Food will be available to purchase from food trucks, and the bar opens at 10:00am. To add to the day’s festivities, health and wellness vendors will be onsite to showcase services/products.

WHAT TO WEAR

It’s Texas in the Spring, so it’s going to a wildcard outside! Cold, hot, wet, plan for it all! Sunscreen, Sneakers (no cleats allowed), Shorts & T-shirts/Tanks are recommended. Also, please be prepared to get a little wet. Team costumes are strongly encouraged! Don’t forget we are awarding prizes for Team Spirit/Best Costumes.

WHAT TO BRING

Spectators and team fans are welcomed – bring your own chairs. We do not recommend bringing children. The event will include stations throughout the venue and to keep every safe children are not allowed into the competition areas. No exceptions. No pets.
